Terms & Conditions

1. General

This online store is a marketplace maintained by Konna Clothing OÜ (16903900). We sell products to adult individuals and companies.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the Konna Clothing online store (konnaclothing.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

Products are ordered via the shopping cart on the website. An order is confirmed when payment for the contents of the shopping cart is completed at the checkout. You are required to provide all necessary information when placing an order.

Upon a successful order, a binding order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

3. Prices & Payment Methods

Product prices are shown in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). The final shipping cost, based on your chosen delivery method, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please note that for orders outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These possible charges are not included in the total price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our trusted partners, such as Stripe and PayPal, act as payment service providers. Payments are processed securely through their services, and we do not store your payment card details in our systems.

4. Delivery

Delivery Time: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is:

  • Within Europe: 3 – 7 business days.
  • Outside of Europe: 7 – 21 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and the final delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier or customs formalities.

For any packages that are not collected and are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the original and return shipping costs, plus any handling fees incurred. In the rare event that your return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will, of course, cover the full cost of the return shipping. 5. Right of Return and Cancellation

Statutory Right of Cancellation: In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in a fully resalable condition. Apparel may be tried on for fit but not worn.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
  • The product must be carefully packaged in its original or a similar protective package.

Return Instructions:

  1. You must always notify us of a return within the 14-day cancellation period by email at Info@konnaclothing.com. Please include your name and order number in the message.
  2. We will provide you with specific instructions and the return address.
  3. Finland: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label free of charge.
  4. International (EU & Outside EU): You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure you choose a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Exchanges (Size Swaps):

We want to ensure you get the perfect fit. You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Finland: We offer one free exchange per order. We cover shipping both ways.
  • European Union: You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. However, Konna Clothing will cover the shipping cost of sending the new replacement item to you (valid for one exchange per order).
  • Outside EU: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Refunds: We will process the return after the product has arrived back at our warehouse and its condition has been inspected. Once the return is approved, we will refund the order amount (less any original shipping costs) to your original payment method. The processing and refund typically take 5-14 business days from our receipt of the returned item.

6. Claims for Defective Products

If the product you received is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately by email at Info@konnaclothing.com. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the product and the defect.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Any disputes will be primarily resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, consumers may refer the matter to the appropriate consumer dispute body or the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
