Application of these Terms

These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all orders for products sold on our website (Products).

1. Orders

1.1 Please note that a product’s true color may not exactly match that shown on your device, or its packaging may be slightly different.

1.2 To order Products from our website, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract (e.g., at least 18 years old).

1.3 By ordering Products, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms.

1.4 We will send you an order acknowledgement email after you place your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send a confirmation email confirming the dispatch of your order.

1.5 If we are unable to supply a Product (for example, where a Product is out of stock, we cannot obtain payment, or we have identified a price or description error), we will inform you. If you have already paid, we will refund you the amount paid.

2. Price

2.1 The price of the Products is set out on our website. We take all reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will contact you to give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or cancelling.

2.2 Prices are shown in Euros (€).

2.3 The price of a Product includes the country-specific Value Added Tax (VAT). The price excludes delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.

3. Payment

3.1 Accepted payment methods are set out during the checkout process. Our trusted payment partners, such as Stripe and PayPal, handle all transactions securely. We will take payment for the Products at the time your order is placed.

3.2 The use of discount codes or gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

4. Delivery

4.1 The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within Europe. For destinations outside of Europe, delivery may take longer (e.g., 7-21 business days). Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

4.2 Delivery costs and available methods are specified at checkout.

4.3 If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the Products, they will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products.

4.4 If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your Products and they are returned to us, we may end the contract and refund you the price paid for the Products, but we may deduct the original delivery charges and any costs charged to us for returning the Products.

4.5 Risk of loss for the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.

5. Returns and Your Right to Cancel the Contract

Returning a product because you have changed your mind:

5.1 You have 14 days from the day you receive the Product to notify us of your wish to return it.

5.2 To be eligible for a return, Products must be returned to us in an unused, re-saleable condition, with all original tags and labels intact. Products should be returned in their original packaging or a similar protective package.

5.3 To initiate a return, you must first contact us by email atInfo@konnaclothing.com, providing your name andorder number. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.

Finland: For orders within Finland, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label free of charge.

International (EU & Outside EU): For returns of non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If we provide a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

5.4 We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Product at our warehouse. After we have inspected the Product’s condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returning a product because it is faulty:

5.5 We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. If you believe a Product we have supplied is faulty, please notify us immediately at Info@konnaclothing.com, including photos of the fault and your order number.

5.6 Once we have confirmed the fault, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. You are entitled to a full refund, including any original shipping costs, or a replacement product, at your choice. We will cover all costs associated with returning a faulty item.

5.7 We want to ensure you get the perfect fit. You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that our exchange policy is limited to one exchange per order.

Outside EU: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Finland: We offer one free exchange per order. We will cover shipping costs both ways.

European Union: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. However, Konna Clothing will cover the shipping cost of sending the new replacement item to you (valid for one exchange per order).

6. Events Outside Our Control

6.1 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All intellectual property rights in our Products and on our website are owned by us or our licensors. All such rights are reserved.

9. How We Use Your Personal Information

9.1 We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read it, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

10. Other Important Terms

10.1 Nothing in these Terms shall affect your mandatory rights as a consumer under the applicable law in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

10.2 The contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

10.3 These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Any dispute or claim arising out of a contract will be governed by Estonian law, except where this would override any mandatory laws of the country in which you have your usual place of residence.

10.4 In respect of any dispute, we each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, but nothing in this clause shall limit your legal rights to bring an action in the country in which you have your usual place of residence.
