Are you the one?

We’re now looking for social media and content partner, someone to take
ownership of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and help us build a global
community around our brand.

What we offer

15% commission on net store sales (excluding VAT, returned items and specific external affiliate campaigns). We want you as a true growth partner, and since there is no base salary initially, we offer a significantly higher commission than standard industry rates.
€3,500 monthly target. Once this target is reached for 3 consecutive months, the role automatically converts into a secure fixed salary contract, with additional performance based bonuses as we continue to scale.
Genuine freedom to create and shape our brand’s voice within agreed visual frames.
Room to grow into a bigger role as the company scales globally.

Who we’re looking for

You have a strong visual eye and know how to shoot and edit stylish short-form videos
You are a natural in front of the camera and ready to represent the brand (even on stage if needed).
Good English skills. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but you need to be comfortable creating content for a global audience.
You are a proactive, independent doer. (You must be 18+, but there is no upper age limit).

How it works?

Contract

This is a freelance/B2B partnership (invoiced), not a traditional employment contract.

Trial

We will start with a 60–90 day trial period with clear mutual goals (focusing on posting consistency, audience growth, and overall sales) to ensure it’s a great fit on both sides.

Freedom

You will have complete freedom over your schedule and location. As long as we hit our weekly posting goals and keep the visual standards high, you manage your own time and creative process.
