The Konna hoodie is our answer to fast fashion. Instead of chasing trends, we focused on perfecting one thing: a hoodie built with uncompromising quality to last for years, not seasons. It’s special because of its substantial 400 GSM heavyweight fabric, its timeless Nordic design, and its responsible production in a small, family-owned factory in Portugal. It’s a standard, not a trend.
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It’s the single most important measure of a fabric’s quality, density, and durability. While many hoodies on the market are made from lighter fabrics (under 350 GSM), our 400 GSM French Terry cotton provides a tangible structure and weight that you can feel instantly. It means your hoodie will hold its shape, resist wear, and feel substantial, wash after wash. It’s the weight of quality.
To ensure your hoodie lasts a lifetime, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water (30°C-40°C) with similar colors. Please do not tumble dry; instead, reshape it while damp and let it air dry. This gentle care protects the premium cotton fibers and maintains the hoodie’s structured fit.

We are proud to say that every Konna hoodie is crafted in a small factory in Portugal. We chose our partner based on their decades of experience, commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, and ethical production standards.
Konna was founded on a simple idea: buy less, choose better. We grew tired of the endless cycle of consumption and built Konna Minimal hoodie to last. Our philosophy is to create timeless, essential pieces with such high quality that they become trusted companions for years. We believe a garment’s value is measured in its durability and the stories it collects over a lifetime.

Ordering & Shipping
We currently ship to all in European Union, Canada, USA, Norway, Switzerland and United kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping zones, so sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days within the EU and 5-14 business days outside EU. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We want you to love your Konna hoodie. Because we are a premium brand focused on fit and longevity, we want to make sure you have the right size.
We offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition.
For Customers in Finland: We offer Free Returns and Free Size Exchanges. If the fit isn’t perfect, or you change your mind, simply contact us atInfo@konnaclothing.com, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Customers in the EU
For Customers in the EU: We offer Free Size Exchanges.
- Exchange: If you need a different size, you simply cover the shipping cost to return the item to us. We will then ship the new size to you for free.
- Refund: If you wish to return the item for a full refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For International Customers: For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and duties.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are levied by the destination country’s customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
In Finland: Yes! We offer 100% free returns and one free exchange for all Finnish orders.
In the EU: We want to help you get the perfect fit. We offer a Subsidized Size Exchange. This means if you ordered the wrong size, you only pay the shipping cost to send the item back to us. We will then cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you for free. We cover one free exchange for you if neede. (For full refunds without exchange, the customer covers the return shipping cost.)
Why this policy?
As a sustainable brand, we want to encourage thoughtful purchasing and avoid the environmental impact of excessive “bracketing” (ordering multiple sizes just to try on). However, we believe you should never be stuck with a hoodie that doesn’t fit, which is why we share the shipping costs with you on exchanges!
Currently, we do not offer free returns outside EU.

Yes, we do! We are happy to offer complimentary free Standard Shipping on all orders to destinations within the European Union.
For those who need their order faster, an Express Shipping option is also available at checkout. We also offer free Express Shipping on all EU orders over €300.For our international customers outside the EU, we have a flat-rate shipping fee. Yes, we do! For all orders to the USA and Canada, we exclusively use UPS to ensure a premium, secure, and fully trackable delivery experience. We believe a premium product deserves a premium delivery service.
